The Tir Righ College of Heralds Client Tracking System
We, the members of the Tir Righ College of Heralds, believe that we should work
to help make sure that no one in the Principality should ever have their
heraldic submission lost, stuck in limbo, confused, sit in stasis fo 20 years,
or any of the things that have unfortunately happened in the SCA. In order to
help our clients, the many, many people who want to register their heraldry, we
have created the Client Tracking System!
This system gives everyone quick and easy access to where each heraldic
submission is in the process of going from the start all the way to
registration and all of the twists and turns on that course.
We will list every submission in Tir Righ on this system. We will watch the
feedback from Kingdom and Laurel and update the information here. We will get
information from every client and list it here. We will proactively follow up
with each client about his or her heraldry to see that it hasn't been lost in
the shuffle. These things we promise to you.
How can we do this? Easy - many hands make light work. The information here is
in a database maintained on the Tir Righ domain itself. Many different heralds
are putting information into that database and many different heralds are
working on contacting all of our clients, finding out what you want, and making
it happen! This is not the effort of one person working amazingly hard to give
us something great - it is the efforts of an entire College of Heralds working
together to make our clients happy!
